Little Phoenix Nursery is a new, specialist day nursery committed to providing exceptional care and early learning for babies and young children aged 6 months to 3 years. A member of the Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ family, the nursery sits within its own grounds close to Yarm High Street.
A Nursery Cook at Little Phoenix Nursery will do more than prepare food, they will champion healthy, seasonal produce and the role food plays in children’s learning & development. This is a specialised role supporting health and nutrition; an in-depth knowledge of the pathway from milk feeds, to the introduction of weaning and to the wider role food has in the lives of children will be essential.
Specialist training will be provided to support the continued development of essential skills & knowledge relating to this role.
The contract will be for circa 30 hours per week, some flexibility is required to allow for development of the role and operational requirements for the new Nursery.
Role to commence mid/late August 2026.
